Quantem Corporation Touch Screen series of controllers consists of interchangeable components that can be designed into a product simply and easily. The result of this will be that the customer can pick the look and feel of the User Interface (UIF) while maintaining only one standard Machine Interface (MIF). The standard MIF contains a Recognized universal input power supply to speed the Agency Certification requirements. For a quick overview, please look at this data sheet.
And for even more flexibility, some models can be used as a "stand alone solution" without the MIF. The stand alone units use a 12 or 24 VAC / VDC input voltage.
Finally, the customization of these products will allow the OEM to attain their specific look and feel for their product line. Custom images, logo's colors, etc. can be designed so that the products show off the brand name recognition.

General Description
The Series 160 UIF—Tactile Controller offers the user a unique color icon based display along side a 2 x 16 backlit graphics display. The Color FSLCD display will provide icon based control status information to quickly provide the user with control status, while the 2x16 character display works interactively with the user to provide instructions and messages. The controller can interface with a tactile keyboard (shown), membrane keyboard, or capacitive touch interface and rotary push button encoder. There are also 6 enunciator LED’s (shown). The IO is configurable, so in the final application, the controller can be configured to suit the specific needs of the OEM.

General Description
The Series 160 UIF—Touch Controller offers the user a touch panel interface which is fully customizable for a specific OEM application. The low cost controller less architecture provides for rapid screen refresh while keeping the cost to a minimum. The bright 320 x 240 display has 8 bit color and is 3.2” QVGA.
The S160 UIF Touch interfaces with the Series 160 MIF, so it is feature rich with IO channels.

General Description
The Series 170 is an economical high performance temperature control. The user interface is a 3.2” QVGA 8 bit color resistive touch screen. It has three resistive inputs and 3 relay (or open collector) outputs. Options include: service switches, digital inputs, service LED’s, on-board or external alarm, SD Card, USB, and I2C. The standard version has a simple interface with 3 independent temperature controllers. The unit is fully customizable for numerous applications.

It has resistive inputs and relay (or open collector) outputs. Options include: service switches, digital inputs, service LED’s, on-board or external alarm, SD Card, USB, and I2C. The unit is fully customizable for numerous applications.
The Series 180 is fully customizable for the user application. Icons, widgets, buttons, graphs, and more may be displayed quickly with the on board graphic accelerator chip and super fast embedded microprocessor with external RAM.
